From an early age, Jonathan demonstrated an intense passion for construction and design, particularly within the realm of high-end luxury real estate. Beginning his career as a superintendent for a prestigious Beverly Hills-based general contractor specializing in luxury homes, Jonathan quickly distinguished himself through his meticulous attention to detail and client-first approach. Rapidly rising to the position of project manager, Jonathan quickly got approached by private clients, a testament to his innate ability to connect with visionaries and execute their ideas flawlessly.

In an effort to provide uncompramised quality and service, Jonathan built a firm capable of handling development, construction management, and general contracting. To guide his clients through the important and often challenging process of building a custom home, he assembled a talented team. The Grand Estates Development staff includes multiple LEED (“Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design”) certified project managers who bring expertise in cutting-edge building practices, environmentally responsible subcontractors, and sustainable material sourcing.

After earning his degree from the University of Southern California, Jonathan qualified for and passed the rigorous California State License Board exam on his first attempt, further solidifying his expertise and commitment to excellence. At a remarkably young age, Jonathan purchased, designed, and built his first luxury spec home development. His exceptional talent caught the attention of high-profile clients who sought his services to build, manage, and protect their luxury real estate investments. 

Today, as the president of Grand Estates Development, Inc., Jonathan works closely with investors to design and develop iconic properties, while running a full-service general contracting firm. By prioritizing client satisfaction and safeguarding their interests, Jonathan ensures every project embodies unmatched craftsmanship and timeless beauty.
