Jonathan's passion for high-end luxury real estate ignited at a young age. At 19, he began his career as a superintendent for a prestigious Beverly Hills general contractor specializing in ultra-luxury estates. His meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of construction propelled him swiftly to project manager, handling multiple projects.  

After earning his degree from the University of Southern California, Jonathan passed the California State License Board exam on his first attempt, becoming a licensed General Contractor at 24, attracting high-profile clients and private investors seeking his expertise. 

Today while working hand in hand with private clients and investors, Jonathan plays a unique role as a General Contractor, Developer, and Designer perfecting the art and science of luxury estates.
